Terms of Service — under legal review
Distlo's full Terms of Service are currently being finalised by external legal counsel. This page exists as a placeholder until that review is complete.
For all confirmed orders, the binding terms are those contained in the signed Distlo Client Agreement, executed via Zoho Sign before payment. The signed agreement is the single source of truth for the engagement.

Summary of how Distlo works
This summary is not a substitute for the signed client agreement. It exists to set expectations clearly before any engagement.
- ✓ Scope. Each pack delivers 5 LinkedIn posts, 10 hooks, 3 CTAs, and 1 Canva carousel concept, generated using the SIGNAL Framework from one raw input you submit.
- ✓ Payment. 100% upfront. Work begins after payment is confirmed and the brief is accepted in writing.
- ✓ Delivery. 3 working days from brief acceptance. Working days are Monday to Friday, IST, excluding Indian public holidays.
- ✓ Revisions. One revision round included per pack. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- ✓ Cancellation. No cash refund after payment. A 60-day credit equal to the order value is issued under defined cancellation scenarios.
- ✓ Async only. The service is fully asynchronous. No calls, no meetings, no live sessions are offered.
- ✓ Ownership. All delivered content becomes your property after full payment. The SIGNAL Framework itself remains proprietary to Distlo.
- ✓ Liability. Distlo's maximum liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.
- ✓ Governing law. Indian law. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation followed by arbitration in Mumbai if required.
